Construction of Rzepin Sports Center

The contract involves construction work for the Rzepin Sports Center located at Północna Street, Rzepin. This includes all necessary construction and installation work, supplies, and services to deliver a multifunctional club building with a hotel section, completed in a 'turnkey' manner. Key aspects of the project include: 1) Building a multifunctional club building with a hotel section, which will have three floors: a) The ground floor will feature bowling alleys with a bar, changing rooms with sanitary facilities, and a gym, along with technical rooms and public access areas leading to recreational spaces. b) The first floor will include a representative area with public access leading to football fields, conference rooms, a restaurant, and staff areas, as well as technical spaces for hotel operations. c) The second floor will consist of a hotel area with 15 rooms and a staircase for technical and evacuation purposes, along with public access areas connecting the entire building. 2) Construction tasks include: a) Building silicate and reinforced concrete walls and installing acoustic panels, b) Constructing a flat roof with a photovoltaic installation, c) Supplying and installing aluminum windows and doors with enhanced burglary resistance, d) Installing suspended ceilings, e) Laying ceramic tiles, PVC flooring, carpet, or smooth concrete, f) Installing various systems: electrical, telecommunication, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, g) Supplying and installing smoke vents, h) Installing elevators accessible for people with disabilities, i) Supplying and installing a three-lane bowling alley with a bar area, j) Supplying and installing glass railings for the viewing terrace and stainless steel railings for internal stairs.
