Architectural Services for Pharmacy Building Construction

This contract involves architectural services for the planning and design of a new pharmacy building, including both the building's interior and exterior spaces. The awarded contractor will be responsible for phases 2 to 4 of the planning process, as outlined in the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). After completing phase 3, which includes detailed planning, a functional specification will be created. Following this, the planning and construction services will be awarded to a general contractor. Additionally, quality assurance services during construction will be provided by an external service provider, who will work alongside the general contractor.
