Road Construction Project Documentation Services

This contract involves the preparation of project documentation for the expansion of provincial road No. 538, specifically the section from the border of Nowe Miasto Lubawskie to the DK15 roundabout. The project area is located in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in the Nowe Miasto County, covering both the rural municipality of Nowe Miasto Lubawskie and the town of Nowe Miasto Lubawskie. The current road classification is G, with a width of approximately 5.5 meters and a length of about 1.316 kilometers. The average daily traffic on this section in 2020/2021 was 5,719 vehicles per day. Within this section, there are: 1 bridge, 1 pedestrian walkway, and 3 culverts with a diameter of less than 150 cm. A detailed description of the project and the scope of services is provided in Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference). Funding source: own funds from ZDW, and the project is planned to apply for EU funding. NOTE: The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, reserves the right to cancel the procedure if the public funds intended for financing all or part of the contract are not granted.
