Medical Services for Eye Department at Ruda Śląska City Hospital

This contract involves providing health services within the Eye Department of Ruda Śląska City Hospital. The health services include actions aimed at maintaining, saving, restoring, or improving health, as well as other medical activities resulting from treatment processes or specific regulations governing their execution. The contract is divided into two packages: - **Package I**: Involves performing health services related to cataract surgery and vitrectomy, according to the needs of the contracting authority and the department's work schedule. The physician providing these services must be a specialist in ophthalmology. The contracting authority may select one best offer that meets all required conditions. - **Package II**: Involves performing health services related to eye protective device procedures, also according to the needs of the contracting authority and the department's work schedule. The physician must also be a specialist in ophthalmology. Similar to Package I, the contracting authority may select one best offer that meets all required conditions. The work schedule is prepared monthly and can be changed by the contracting authority with a notice of at least three days before the start of the month. Payment is required within 21 days of receiving a correctly issued invoice. Each bidder may submit only one offer.
