Roofing and Wood Construction Work for Steinhagen Gymnasium

This contract opportunity involves wood construction and roofing work for the new construction and expansion of the Steinhagen Gymnasium. The project includes the following key tasks: constructing a roof structure as a spatial load-bearing system, installing roof sheathing made of cross-laminated timber, using partially prefabricated components for exterior walls, providing temporary facade cladding and foil glazing for weather protection, insulating exterior walls, constructing roof substructures, and using glued laminated timber (GLT) for beams and edge beams. Additionally, interior walls of ancillary rooms will be made from solid wood panels with internal insulation and gypsum fiberboard (GKF) panels.
