    Brief

This public procurement contract is for the supply of medical products specifically for embolization procedures. The contract is divided into 18 tasks, each detailed in the pricing form (Attachment 2) and the contract template (Attachment 3), which are integral parts of the Terms of Reference. The contract includes conditions for the execution of the public procurement, as outlined in the contract template. If personal data processing is required, the contractor must sign a data processing agreement (as per Attachment 11). The estimated total value of the contract includes an 'option right' for the entire contract and its individual parts. No preliminary market consultations were conducted before the procurement process. The contractor will deposit selected products at the buyer's location in the quantities specified in the pricing form. The specific contents of the deposit, including product catalog numbers, will be determined after selecting the best offer and before signing the public procurement contract. The products deposited will remain the property of the contractor, and their use in surgical procedures will indicate a purchase by the buyer. The parts of the contract requiring product deposits are specified in the pricing form.
