Brief
The project involves the complete reconstruction and expansion of the existing sports hall in Turnov, which no longer meets the requirements for sports activities. A new sports hall is planned to replace the current one, designed to accommodate a wide range of sports, including basketball, handball, badminton, and tennis. The expansion will also include the construction of a new climbing center and bouldering hall. The complete reconstruction aims to enable the hosting of national-level competitions, including catering facilities and new parking areas. The total estimated value of the construction work is 200 million CZK excluding VAT. This public contract includes ensuring the activities of the Technical Supervision of Construction (TDS) and Health and Safety Coordination (BOZP) for the reconstruction and expansion of the sports hall in Turnov, covering areas such as: a) Technical supervision by authorized persons in the fields of civil engineering, structural dynamics, and building environment technology (heating, ventilation, and electrical systems); b) Price supervision, especially in relation to change orders (additional and reduced work); c) Expert consulting for assessing changes (additional and reduced work) according to § 222 of the Public Procurement Act; d) Collaboration with specialized suppliers of bouldering profiles and the Turnov Municipal Heating Plant during the implementation of the steam pipeline in the construction area; e) Activities of the health and safety coordinator. The scope of work is defined in the binding proposal of the contract. The contracting authority emphasizes that the procurement documentation is a summary of the contracting authority's requirements and not a final compilation of all requirements arising from generally known valid and professional standards. Suppliers must adhere to both the requirements in the procurement documentation and the provisions of relevant binding standards when preparing their bids.
