Medical Supplies for Surgical Clinic

This contract involves the supply of medical devices that are partially reimbursable by the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) for the Surgical Clinic at the University Multi-Profile Hospital for Active Treatment "Tsaritsa Yoanna - ISUL" EAD. The procurement is based on a list of medical devices categorized by groups, which the NHIF covers under hospital medical care, as per the regulations effective from January 1, 2025. The contract specifically includes Group 17 "Permanent Venous Port" and Group 24 "Medical Devices for Major Surgical Interventions". For these devices, the NHIF reimburses costs beyond the standard clinical pathway price. If the cost of the medical device exceeds the specified amount, the patient must pay the difference at the hospital's cash desk. The selection of medical devices will depend on the specific medical needs of the patient. To ensure that insured individuals have access to the medical devices funded by the NHIF, the procurement will cover all devices listed in Group 17 and Group 24 used in the Surgical Clinic. The contract is divided into 16 distinct lots.
