Electricity Supply for National Health Fund Regional Branches

This contract involves the supply of electricity to the Regional Branches of the National Health Fund. Suppliers can submit partial offers. The contract is divided into four separate parts based on the territorial affiliation of each Regional Branch to the Distribution System Operator. - Part A includes the supply of electricity with an estimated consumption of 5,144,500 kWh (5,144.50 MWh) to the following Regional Branches: Kujawsko-Pomorski, Lubuski, Wielkopolski, Zachodniopomorski. - Part B includes the supply of electricity with an estimated consumption of 1,536,500 kWh (1,536.50 MWh) to the following Regional Branches: Mazowiecki (delegation in Płock), Pomorski, Warmińsko-Mazurski (delegation in Elbląg). - Part C includes the supply of electricity with an estimated consumption of 6,115,000 kWh (6,115.00 MWh) to the following Regional Branches: Dolnośląski, Małopolski, Śląski. - Part D includes the supply of electricity with an estimated consumption of 5,672,500 kWh (5,672.50 MWh) to the following Regional Branches: Lubelski, Łódzki, Mazowiecki (delegations in Ostrołęka and Radom), Podkarpacki, Podlaski, Świętokrzyski, Warmińsko-Mazurski (delegation in Ełk). A detailed list of electricity consumption points, including estimated usage and tariff group, is provided in Annex 1a of the Description of the Subject of the Order. The Description of the Subject of the Order is included in Annexes 1, 1a, and 1b of the Specification. The detailed execution method of the order is specified in the draft Agreement, which is Annex 2 of the Specification. The place of execution of the order is the Regional Branches of the National Health Fund and their Delegations, according to the list of electricity consumption points in Annex 1a of the Description of the Subject of the Order.
