Electric Buses - Supply of Six Electric Buses

This contract involves the supply of six brand new electric buses, each up to 10 meters in length, manufactured by a single producer no earlier than six months before the delivery date, with a mileage not exceeding 500 km. A higher mileage is acceptable if the bus is transported on its wheels, but it cannot exceed 500 km plus the distance from the manufacturer's factory to the operator's depot (located at ul. Słowicza 59, 43-400 Cieszyn), calculated using Google Maps. The buses must comply with the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2019/2144 (General Safety Regulation 2). All delivered buses must have the necessary documents for registration and operation in Poland. Prototypes are not allowed. The contractor must provide a warranty for the buses as follows: a minimum of 3 years for the entire vehicle without mileage limits, 8 years for external paint coatings, 10 years for the vehicle body structure and corrosion perforation of the outer skin, and a minimum of 6 years for energy storage (batteries). The contractor must ensure the availability of necessary spare parts for at least 15 years. The contract will be executed in accordance with the DNSH principle (Do No Significant Harm) concerning the following environmental goals: 1) Climate change mitigation; 2) Climate change adaptation; 3) Sustainable use and protection of water and marine resources; 4) Circular economy, including waste prevention and recycling; 5) Prevention and control of air, water, or soil pollution; 6) Protection and restoration of biodiversity and ecosystems. Payment will be made upon completion of the contract. The execution of the contract will be in accordance with the description provided in Annex 2 to the SWZ. Detailed conditions for the execution of the contract are specified in the draft agreement, which is Annex 11 to the SWZ.
