Dog Kennelling Services in Burnley

Burnley Borough Council is seeking tenders from qualified contractors to provide Dog Kennelling Services for stray dogs in the Borough of Burnley. This opportunity is divided into three parts: 1. **Core Lot 1**: A Kennelling Service that will accept dogs from 9 AM to 7:30 PM on weekdays, and from 10 AM to 2 PM on weekends and bank holidays. Additional quality marks will be awarded for extended service hours. 2. **Provisional Lot 2**: Services for capturing roaming dogs and collecting stray or secured dogs within Burnley, available from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. 3. **Provisional Lot 3**: Collection of stray secured dogs within Burnley from 5 PM to 7:30 PM on weekdays, and from 10 AM to 2 PM on weekends and bank holidays. Tenderers can bid for one or more lots, and each lot will be evaluated separately. The inclusion of Provisional Lots in the final contract is at the discretion of Burnley Borough Council, which also reserves the right not to award a contract.
