Repair and Maintenance Services for Building Mechanical Installations

This contract is for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of gates, doors, and barriers installed on buildings owned by the Charente Maritime Department. It includes a framework agreement with a fixed part and a unit part, with a maximum annual budget of €50,000 excluding tax for each of the two lots. The contract lasts for one year starting from January 1, 2026, or from the date of notification if later, and can be renewed three times for the same duration and amounts. A site visit is recommended. The contracting authority reserves the right to award additional similar framework agreements to the contractor in accordance with public procurement regulations.
