Building Maintenance Services and Minor Projects at MTU Cork

Munster Technological University (MTU) is inviting sealed tenders from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive building maintenance services and undertake minor projects across its Cork campuses. The successful contractor will be based full-time at the Bishopstown Campus and will be responsible for maintaining both the main Bishopstown campus and city centre premises, as well as any new buildings that come under MTU's control during the contract period. Work scope includes but is not limited to: carpentry and structural repairs, building fabric repairs, footpath and roadway maintenance, car park upkeep, drainage and gully cleaning, office and classroom refurbishment, laboratory upgrades, event setup and coordination, and furniture and equipment relocation. This is an ongoing contract requiring a proactive, experienced contractor capable of managing diverse maintenance needs across a large educational institution.
