Construction of Partition Walls for Modernization of Nutrition Department at Gunzenhausen Vocational School

This construction project involves the renovation and modernization of the Nutrition Department at the Altmühlfranken Vocational School in Gunzenhausen. It includes the construction of an extension and the renovation of parts of the existing building. The goal is to accommodate all specialized classrooms for professions in home economics, gastronomy, baking, and butchery. The project is divided into three main areas: 1. Construction of an extension for specialized instruction connected to the existing building, including technical installations. 2. Renovation of the southern wing (basement and ground floor) with adjustments to room layouts, fire safety upgrades, removal of hazardous piping, renewal of the heating system, installation of decentralized ventilation units in classrooms, and renewal of electrical systems. 3. Renovation of the northern wing (ground and first floor) with adjustments to room layouts, establishment of a hygiene lock with changing rooms and sanitary facilities, extension and adjustment of water and wastewater lines, fire safety upgrades, renewal of the heating system, installation of decentralized ventilation units in classrooms, and renewal of electrical systems.
