According to the provisions of Article 161, paragraph (2) and Article 161, paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority sets the following deadlines for clarification requests: a) the deadline for receiving clarification requests is 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers; b) the authority will respond clearly and concretely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
