The contract is for an indefinite period and includes the following key details: - The goal is to provide all-day meal services in accordance with the requirements of the Social Services Act. - The supplier must comply with health regulations regarding food services, ensuring proper hygiene standards during food delivery. - The maximum reimbursement for meals is set at 260 CZK per day for full-day meals and 120 CZK for lunch, including operational costs and VAT. This also applies to diabetic meals. - Meals must meet the nutritional needs of seniors, considering their health conditions and dietary requirements, with at least three main meals provided daily. Menus should be prepared to ensure nutritional values align with declared standards, allowing a 5% deviation weekly. - Weekly menus must be sent electronically to a designated email address two weeks in advance. - The supplier is required to provide meal preparation and delivery continuously, including weekends and holidays. - Hot meals will be delivered three times a day, while cold meals will be delivered twice a day, with cold meals allowed a maximum of three times a week. - Drinking supplies will be delivered weekly and are included in the all-day meal service.
