Road Repair and Maintenance Services in Romania

This contract involves establishing a framework agreement for the repair and maintenance of both modernized and non-modernized streets, as well as road markings. The estimated maximum value of the framework agreement is 60,000,000 lei excluding VAT. The maximum and minimum quantities of work that may be requested during the entire framework agreement are detailed in the attached annexes. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract to be awarded under this framework agreement is 18,251,939.62 lei excluding VAT. The contracting authority anticipates awarding approximately 3 subsequent contracts per year. The duration of the framework agreement is 4 years from the date of signing by both parties. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and these requests should be sent in an editable format. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
