Rehabilitation of Housing in Reims

This contract involves architectural, engineering, and planning services for the rehabilitation of 80 housing units located at 45/47 Esplanade Eisenhower in the Croix Rouge neighborhood of Reims (51100). The detailed tasks for the contractor are outlined in the specifications document. Services will be compensated through fixed prices. The Croix-Rouge neighborhood has previously undergone significant restructuring, including demolition and the development of a tram station. However, the entrances at 45 and 47 Esplanade Eisenhower were not funded in the first phase. The local community and social landlords, including Reims Habitat, are now collaborating with the National Agency for Urban Renovation on a second major Urban Renewal Program, which includes the rehabilitation of these entrances.
