Pharmaceutical Products Supply for Specialized Hospital in Blagoevgrad

This contract involves the periodic supply of pharmaceutical products for the Specialized Hospital for Active Treatment of Pneumo-Phthisiatric Diseases in Blagoevgrad. Suppliers will deliver medications based on prior requests according to the specifications provided in the participation documentation. The contract duration is 24 months, with deliveries made as needed. Suppliers must propose delivery times not exceeding 24 hours from receiving a written request. The procedure includes 25 distinct lots, and suppliers can submit offers for the entire procedure or for one or more specific lots. Each supplier may submit only one offer in accordance with the conditions outlined in the participation documentation. The offered pharmaceutical products must meet the minimum requirements specified by the buyer. Participants must declare that they hold a valid authorization for the use of the pharmaceutical product, issued in accordance with the relevant regulations. If participants are in the process of renewing their authorization or if it expires during the contract, they must declare that the quantities of the pharmaceutical product are available.
