Technical Control Services for Buildings in Saint-Herblain

This is an open tender for a framework agreement for technical control and various diagnostics services for the city of Saint-Herblain. The contract is single-award with no minimum amounts and maximum annual amounts of €180,000 for Lot 1 and €150,000 for Lot 2. The contracting authority does not act on behalf of other authorities. No variants are allowed or required, and there are no potential additional services. The currency is Euro. The contract duration is set for one year from the notification date to the contractor, with the possibility of three one-year extensions. The estimated total amount indicated below corresponds to the maximum amount for all lots over the entire contract duration.
