The approved usable area for this new building is approximately 4,700 square meters. It will be located on the construction site bordered by Pockelsstr., Rebenring, Bültenweg, and Konstantin-Uhde-Str. in Braunschweig. The new building will consist of roughly equal parts laboratory and teaching/office spaces. One side of the construction site is already occupied by a laboratory building, while the western side is adjacent to the House of Science.
