Sewage Management Services in Częstochowa (2025-2028)

This contract involves the ongoing maintenance and repair of stormwater drainage and telecommunication sewer systems in Częstochowa from 2025 to 2028. The scope of services includes: a) Conducting inspections of stormwater drainage systems in collaboration with the contracting authority; b) Cleaning of stormwater drainage systems; c) Replacement and adjustment of manholes and street inlets; d) Replacement and adjustment of telecommunication sewer manholes; e) Maintenance of backflow preventers; f) Maintenance and repairs of stormwater drainage systems, including the resolution of drainage system failures. Detailed specifications and estimated services for the ongoing maintenance and repair of stormwater drainage and telecommunication sewer systems in Częstochowa are provided in Annex 1.B of the procurement documents and Annex 2 of the contract. The work must be performed in accordance with Polish Standards and guidelines specified in Volume II of the technical conditions for the execution and acceptance of construction and installation works - Sanitary and industrial installations. The contracting authority requires a warranty for defects and quality assurance for the services provided for a period of 36 calendar months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol for these services. The warranty for defects also covers the materials used in the execution of the contract.
