Supply of Disposable Medical Equipment for Częstochowa City Hospital

This contract involves the supply of disposable medical equipment for the needs of the Częstochowa City Hospital. The procurement is divided into 62 lots, allowing suppliers to submit bids for individual lots. Each lot is detailed in Annex 1 of the procurement documents. Suppliers can bid on any single lot or on the entire contract, which requires all items to be included. Detailed specifications and required parameters for the goods are provided in Annex 1 - Pricing and Assortment Forms. Additional conditions for contract execution are outlined in the draft agreement, which is included as Annex 7.
