Technical Assistance Services for Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Development in Neamț County

This contract involves providing technical assistance for the management of a regional project aimed at developing water and wastewater infrastructure in Neamț County from 2021 to 2027. Key activities include: - Offering qualified and efficient support to the project management for successful implementation in line with the financing contract; - Ensuring qualified support for operational efficiency; - Assisting in the institutional development of the beneficiary; - Supporting the update of loss reduction strategies; - Updating conditions for effective management of industrial wastewater; - Updating strategies for managing sludge and waste from treatment plants; - Managing the optimal implementation of construction contracts while ensuring compliance with wastewater discharge quality standards; - Updating the Master Plan for water supply and wastewater management in the APASERV SA - Neamț operational area; - Updating the general estimate according to legal provisions; - Conducting GIS activities and hydraulic modeling for a pilot project in Piatra Neamț; - Performing hydrogeological studies to delineate sanitary protection zones; - Ensuring proper publicity and information dissemination to the public regarding construction works and project objectives, in accordance with the Visual Identity Manual for Structural Instruments in Romania 2021-2027.
