Residential Real Estate Services in France

This contract involves the sale and rental of residential properties for LOGIREP. LOGIREP has acquired various properties, both vacant and occupied, with the understanding that occupied units will only be sold to their current tenants. LOGIREP seeks to delegate some of its sales and rental activities to an external provider to enhance the value of its portfolio, which includes regulated, unregulated, and intermediate housing. The services required include: - Developing and implementing a marketing strategy tailored to the properties and LOGIREP's objectives, - Actively seeking potential tenants or buyers, including advertising, managing inquiries, organizing property viewings, and qualifying prospects, - Providing administrative and legal support until contracts are finalized, - Producing regular reports on the progress of the assigned tasks. Notably, the contract excludes conducting property inspections, drafting leases, full property management, setting final prices, selecting final applications, and signing leases or sales agreements, which remain the exclusive responsibility of LOGIREP. The contractor must comply with the provisions of the Public Procurement Code, the ALUR law, and regulations applicable to social housing organizations.
