Architectural and Engineering Services for Hotel Reconstruction

The contract involves architectural, construction, technical, and inspection services for the reconstruction of the Hrozen Hotel to serve the needs of the city museum. The scope of work is detailed in the architectural study 'Museum of the City of Mnichovo Hradiště' and the exhibition study 'Interior Design and Exhibition Solutions for the Museum of the City of Mnichovo Hradiště', which are included as Appendix 2 of the procurement documentation. These documents are essential for the preparation of project documentation, and the supplier must base their work on them. Any changes to the specifications based on the contractor's technical expertise and practical experience must be consulted and approved by the buyer, their expert consultants, and the authors of the relevant studies. The contract also includes the stabilization and remediation of the basement (2nd floor) and modifications to the southern facade of the adjacent building No. 28. The newly reconstructed boiler room (as per the project documentation 'Insulation of the Attic and Reconstruction of the Boiler Room at the U Hroznů Hotel in Mnichovo Hradiště' in Appendix 2) is not part of the required scope, except for necessary connections to the hot water and heating systems. The contract will also involve conducting surveys, tests, and measurements necessary for the execution of the contract or required by relevant state authorities. Specifically, this includes geodetic measurements of necessary details and conducting exploratory surveys requested by the National Heritage Institute in their statement regarding the architectural study dated January 9, 2023, according to the drawing 'Instructions for Conducting Explorations' and the Building-Historical Survey of the U Hroznů Hotel No. 27, which are included in Appendix 2.
