Electric Bus Procurement for Public Transport in Bełchatów

The contract involves the purchase and delivery of one zero-emission electric bus, complete with necessary equipment and a mobile plug-in charger, for public transportation in Bełchatów. Detailed specifications can be found in Annex 1 of the procurement documents. Before the technical acceptance of the bus, the contractor must provide a type approval certificate issued by an authorized body, in accordance with the Vehicle Homologation Systems Act dated April 14, 2023. Failure to provide this document will result in the refusal of vehicle acceptance. The contractor will also supply a charging device with the vehicle via a plug-in connection.
