Construction and Renovation Works for a Training Ground in Burgas

This public procurement contract involves the rehabilitation and renovation of the training ground for the Regional Directorate for Fire Safety and Civil Protection in Burgas. The work includes the following key activities: 1. Local repairs of the ground surfaces and drainage systems: - Restoring the integrity of the ground surfaces, including roadways, sidewalks, and curbs. - Local repairs of the drainage systems, including replacement of existing sewer pipes and repair of drainage ditches. 2. Rehabilitation of traffic light systems and restoration of road markings: - Repair of the existing faulty traffic light systems; - Restoration of compromised road markings. 3. Renovation of the parking area: - Repair of the parking surface; - Marking of parking spaces. 4. Supply and installation of road signs. 5. Supply and installation of 5 security booths for the construction of control points to ensure access control and regulation of vehicle and pedestrian movement in a designated area, with the following execution requirements: • Structure – Metal, made of steel with anti-corrosion protection – primer. External height – 240 cm Internal height – 220 cm • Insulation: Wall insulation – 40 mm sandwich panel. Ceiling insulation – 40 mm sandwich panel. Floor insulation – Non-slip flooring. • Electricity: Minimum site power supply, electrical panel, 1 outlet, 1 internal light fixture, 1 external light fixture, 1 light switch. • Equipment: Doors - 1 external door 97x195 cm; Windows - 1 window 100x100 cm, 50% double-opening. This order is financed with funds from the Road Safety Fund.
