New Numbering Boxes for Czech Banknotes

This public contract seeks suppliers for numbering boxes designed for the sequential numbering of Czech banknotes. These boxes will be integrated into the existing Numerota II numbering machine, manufactured by Koenig & Bauer. The contractor is required to provide all necessary accessories and components for integration, ensuring compliance with EU regulations. Key responsibilities include: transporting the numbering boxes with liability insurance to Prague, integrating them into the Numerota II and verifying their functionality through site acceptance tests, providing on-site training for at least four client employees on the operation and maintenance of the numbering boxes, and delivering all relevant documentation in both electronic and hardcopy formats.
