Waste Management Services in Harghita County

This contract involves the continuous provision of waste management services for a duration of 96 months. The services include: (1) Public sanitation services for localities, which are part of community utility services and are conducted under the supervision of intercommunity development associations to ensure cleanliness in local areas. (2) The sanitation service is organized to meet the needs of local communities within administrative-territorial units. (3) The sanitation service encompasses the following activities: a) separate collection and transport of household waste and similar waste from commercial activities, including separately collected fractions; b) operation of voluntary waste collection centers for individuals; c) transfer of municipal waste to transfer stations, including separate transport of residual waste to non-hazardous waste landfills and/or integrated treatment facilities, as well as separately collected paper, metal, plastic, and glass waste to sorting stations, and biodegradable waste to composting and/or anaerobic digestion facilities.
