    Brief

This contract involves the cleaning of windows in various blocks of the hospital, which is centered around the Central Hall (CH). The blocks include A-Block, B-Block, C-Block, D-Block, I-Block, B* + emergency, T-Block, V-Block, OP, IZA, MB, and KOALA. There are also separate buildings not connected to the Central Hall, such as the Technical Service (TD), Child Psychiatry (KAS), G-Pavilion (IT Service), and several villas for different administrative functions. The CH, A-Block, and B-Block have a rail system that allows access to most windows using an on-site gondola. A basic training session will be provided by AZ St. Lucas for the cleaning staff on the first use of the gondola, covering safety procedures for working at heights and access protocols. The windows have been cataloged with photos and descriptions, and the cleaning frequency is set at twice a year, with some exceptions for certain structures that require cleaning once a year. The price for a complete cleaning session is fixed, based on the estimated quantities for two cleanings per year over the contract duration. After ongoing construction, expected to be completed by 2028, a new tender will be issued for the updated conditions. The inventory is organized by zone, and there may be opportunities for additional cleanings in certain zones at the agreed price.
