    Brief

    The contracting authority intends to establish a framework agreement with a single economic operator for a duration of 12 months to supply various food products to social care centers in the municipality and county under the jurisdiction of DGASPC Tulcea. Subsequent contracts will be awarded without reopening the competition. The largest subsequent contract will last for 6 months. The estimated values for the subsequent contracts are as follows: one contract from October 2025 to March 2026, estimated at 730,013.56 lei excluding VAT; and another from April 2025 to September 2026, also estimated at 730,013.56 lei excluding VAT. Throughout the duration of the framework agreement, the contracting authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the initially specified quantities in accordance with current legal provisions, with changes communicated to the supplier, considering fluctuations in the number of beneficiaries at the centers under DGASPC Tulcea. Alternative offers are not accepted. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information submitted within the specified timeframe, no later than 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
