Construction of Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion

This contract involves the complete construction of the Bibra wastewater treatment plant, including necessary infrastructure and pipeline construction. The work will be carried out while the plant is operational, requiring careful planning and execution. Key tasks include the construction of a new water line, which involves the decommissioning and partial reconstruction of the oxidation pond, building a dam, and establishing temporary facilities. The project also includes open and closed water management, foundation work, and the construction of various facilities such as a pumping station, operational and technical buildings, and two combined basins. Suppliers will be responsible for the commissioning of the plant, participation in trial operations, and compliance with monitoring values. Additionally, there will be demolition work as needed during the construction process, and the construction of the sludge line, which includes two sludge storage tanks, a sludge pumping station, and other related facilities. Access roads and external facilities will be developed progressively as construction advances. The deadline for submitting bids is September 25, 2025.
