Expansion of Smart Solutions for Urban Transport Digitalization in Beclean

The contracting authority is seeking suppliers for the investment project "Expansion of Smart Solutions for Urban Transport Digitalization in Beclean." This project includes three lots: Lot 1 involves the supply of 20 intelligent passenger information systems (LED display panels for bus stops) with an estimated value of 500,000 lei excluding VAT. Lot 2 includes 3 ticket vending machines and validators for transport card recharging, with an estimated value of 400,000 lei excluding VAT. Lot 3 focuses on smart parking solutions, including infrastructure with sensor systems and automatic payment solutions, with an estimated value of 1,561,350 lei excluding VAT. The total estimated value of the contract is 2,461,350 lei excluding VAT, as per financing contract no. 145264/21.12.2022 between the Ministry of Development, Public Works, and Administration and the City of Beclean. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 10 days before the submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests received by the 6th day before the deadline. Requests for clarifications submitted after this deadline may not receive a response.
