Brief
This public procurement contract involves construction work for a parking garage in Neratovice, Central Bohemia. The contractor will be responsible for carrying out construction work, including the preparation of construction documentation and a detailed list of construction tasks, supplies, and services in accordance with applicable regulations. The project will be executed using a design and build method. The new building will serve as a parking facility for residents of the city and nearby neighborhoods, as well as visitors. Parking will be charged, and access to the building will be controlled by a barrier system. The operation of the building will be automated. Inside, there will be standard parking spaces measuring 2.5 x 5.0 meters. Level 1 will have 10 reserved spaces for people with disabilities and provisions for approximately 10 electric vehicle charging stations. The parking garage will have a total of 396 spaces for passenger cars (262 spaces on levels 1-4 will be covered, and 134 spaces on levels 5-6 will be on the roof, requiring snow removal in winter). There will be no parking for vehicles powered by gas (LPG, CNG). Additionally, 24 outdoor parking spaces will be designated for gas-powered vehicles and oversized vehicles. The construction is divided into various components, including the parking garage, earthworks, roads and paved areas, landscaping, external sewage, water supply, and utility relocations. The contracting authority notes that the documentation for the building permit includes the relocation of rough-filtered water pipes and hot water pipes, which will be carried out outside of this public procurement contract. The scope of this contract will only include the removal of old pipes related to these relocations. The scope of work includes: a) Project documentation, which will consist of: a. Construction documentation, b. Documentation of actual construction including geometric plans, c. Operational documentation, d. Documentation for the land registry; b) Engineering services; c) Construction, i.e., carrying out construction work and technological installations in accordance with this procurement documentation.
