Architectural Services and Construction Supervision for Project Preparation at Heřmanova Huť Square

This public contract involves the preparation of project documentation at various stages, including energy assessments and related components. The work includes author supervision and engineering services for the project "Project Preparation – Heřmanova Huť Square," which focuses on the comprehensive design of revitalizing public spaces. This includes landscaping, paved areas, and transportation infrastructure, as well as the construction of two multifunctional buildings. These buildings will house a cultural hall with facilities, a municipal office with a ceremonial hall, medical offices, a post office, commercial spaces, and three apartments.
