HR Management Software as a Service for Poczta Polska

Poczta Polska S.A. is seeking a supplier to provide a Human Resources Management System (HRMS) in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. The system will manage payroll and HR processes, including: a) personnel administration, b) time management, c) payroll calculation, d) management of the housing fund, e) reporting and controlling, f) organizational structure management, g) self-service portal for employees, and h) self-service portal for managers. The supplier will be responsible for: a) conducting a pre-implementation analysis and preparing functional and technical designs, b) customizing the HR system to meet the buyer's functional and non-functional requirements, c) migrating data from existing HR systems to the new HR system, d) integrating the HR system with the buyer's IT systems, e) conducting acceptance and security tests, f) providing documentation, g) training key users, h) providing the HR system in a SaaS model for 36 months from the production start date, i) offering warranty and support services, and j) executing an exit plan. The buyer may also opt for additional services, including 2,200 hours of development services and extending the HR system availability for an additional 36 months.
