    Brief

This public procurement contract involves the demolition of the old gymnasium at the Lišov Primary School and the subsequent construction of a new modern gymnasium with appropriate operational and sanitary facilities on the site of the original gym. The need for a larger gym arises from the requirement for a playing area that meets competitive standards for floorball and handball, with an optimal hall size of 45.0 x 24.0 meters. The new gym building is designed as a simple rectangular structure with external dimensions of 28.7 x 61.6 meters and a height of approximately 11.25 meters above the clean floor level of the first floor, with an expected roof ridge height of about 12.50 meters. The construction will be made of monolithic reinforced concrete, which will also serve as a visible material, complemented by light natural wood and a color combination of white, gray, and black, accented with bright yellow. The exterior will have a minimalist design, featuring a horizontal division with a concrete base partially embedded in the ground and a visually light facade made of a prefabricated metal structure. The building will be functionally divided into two parts: the southern entrance section, which is three stories high, includes entry and communication areas, changing rooms for athletes and coaches, sanitary facilities for visitors, and technical spaces. The northern part is dedicated to the gymnasium, which is open to the full height of the building. The main entrance is located at the southeast corner of the building, leading from a semi-enclosed outdoor space. The entrance hall connects all three floors via a main staircase and an elevator. The southern facade features a dirty corridor providing access to individual changing room modules. The first floor includes two blocks of physical education rooms and two blocks of changing rooms for athletes, while the second floor has four blocks of changing rooms, each with its own sanitary facilities. The clean corridor leads to the gymnasium, and there is an existing connecting corridor to the operational area of the school. On the third floor of the southern section, there are sanitary facilities for visitors, and a separate corridor provides access to technical spaces for air conditioning, heat and smoke extraction, and water heating. The gymnasium hall is the dominant space in the building, occupying about two-thirds of the northern part. The second floor features a three-tiered spectator gallery on the southern and western sides. Under the gallery, there are storage rooms, emergency restrooms with showers (accessible), technical rooms (backup battery source), and storage areas. An external emergency staircase is attached to the northern side of the building for evacuating spectators from the gallery. Further details are provided in Appendix 1 - Project Documentation, including a bill of quantities. The contracting authority anticipates that the construction will be financed from the Operational Program for the Environment (OPŽP) and the National Sports Agency (NSA). The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement process if funding from the aforementioned sources is not obtained.
