Green Roof Construction Services for School Building

This contract involves the construction of green roofs for a new school building. The building will feature exposed concrete and visible CLT (cross-laminated timber) walls. The ceilings and roofs will be made of cross-laminated timber panels. Insulation work will include sloped insulation with a two-layer waterproofing system. After the waterproofing is completed, the parapet and wall connection sheets, as well as the aluminum parapet covers, will be installed. Once the plumbing work is finished, the flat roofs will be greened. The green roofing will cover three separate areas, and the work can be done continuously across these areas.
