Construction of a Multi-Storey Parking Garage in Zwolle

The project 'Mobility Hub Weezenlanden-North' involves the design and construction of a multi-storey underground parking garage located on the east side of the historic city center of Zwolle, partially beneath Luttenbergstraat and the parking lot of the Province of Overijssel. The contract will be awarded through a construction team approach, following a European public procedure. Collaboration within the construction team will be based on a construction team agreement modeled after DG2020. Key aspects during the construction team phase include jointly developing the design, managing key risks, and arriving at a final pricing structure for the realization agreement based on UAV-gc 2025. The project will provide a minimum of 450 parking spaces.
