This contract opportunity involves the provision of complete or partial construction services, specifically focusing on building automation and electrical installation work. The key tasks include: 1. Development of building control technology, including a central control unit. 2. Implementation of an automation level with two information hubs for heating, ventilation, and electrical trades, including control cabinets and field devices. 3. Individual room control for each classroom (heating and ventilation). 4. The measurement and control wiring will be carried out by the electrical trade. Additionally, for the renovation of existing systems, the tasks include: 1. Dismantling of old measurement and control technology, such as automation devices, control cabinets, and field devices. 2. Implementation of a new automation level with four information hubs for heating, ventilation, and electrical trades, including control cabinets and field devices. 3. Individual room control for each classroom (heating and ventilation). 4. The measurement and control wiring will be carried out by the electrical trade.
