This procurement contract involves establishing a framework agreement for tree maintenance services, including pruning, tree felling, and stump grinding on properties owned and managed by the statutory city of České Budějovice. The agreement will be with a single supplier for a duration of 48 months or until the maximum financial value is reached. Services will be carried out based on a detailed work offer and will include all necessary costs, such as ecological waste disposal and transportation. Emergency work must commence within two hours during working hours and within four hours outside of working hours. Regular work will be requested through specific orders, with simple tasks expected to be completed within 10 working days. Completed work will be documented and invoiced, with a payment term of 30 days. The buyer reserves the right to adjust the quantity of services as needed.
