Long-Term Loan for Grybów Municipality

The contract involves providing a long-term loan of 15,000,000 PLN (fifteen million Polish zlotys) to finance the planned budget deficit of Grybów Municipality and to repay previously incurred obligations. The aim is to fully implement the tasks planned in the municipality's budget for 2025 and to repay loans taken in previous years. The municipality requires financial resources totaling 15,000,000 PLN, including 13,896,802.85 PLN to cover the planned budget deficit arising from investment tasks in the water and sewage management sector in 2025, and 1,103,197.15 PLN for repaying previous obligations. The loan will be disbursed in one tranche on August 30, 2025, and will have a variable interest rate based on the average WIBOR 3M rate, plus a fixed margin. Interest will be calculated monthly and paid quarterly, with the first payment due on January 31, 2026, and the last on November 30, 2030. The municipality reserves the right to use a lower amount than 15,000,000 PLN without incurring additional costs. The loan will be secured by a promissory note under specified conditions. The municipality has no outstanding debts to banks or tax authorities and has not undergone any recovery proceedings.
