Construction of Energy Center Foundation at Brainergy Park

Brainergy Park Jülich is a new science park and innovative business area being developed on the site of a former broadcasting facility near the FH Aachen campus, covering approximately 52 hectares. The project aims to provide heating to the properties within the park through a nearly CO₂-neutral district heating system. This system will be operated by a central energy center, which will provide cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. This procurement process seeks contractors to provide services for the construction of the foundation for the energy center.
