Landscaping Works for the Construction of a Daycare Center in Bad Kissingen

The project involves redesigning the outdoor areas between existing building 2b (Interim Daycare Steinstraße) and Maxstraße. This includes creating a landscaped area with terraces, planting, fencing, and a new access path to the building (paving work). Key tasks include: 1. Site preparation: - Setting up the construction site - Starting the dismantling of reusable paving - Clearing hedges towards the east up to the property line - Removing the fence towards the east 2. Ground modeling and removal of excavated material 3. Creating paved surfaces around the building with terrace paving and access roads. 4. Children's areas: - Safety/play areas (EPDM and sand) - Edging for play and paved areas - Paved terrace and pathways 5. Equipment: - Construction of 2 enclosures - Installation of play equipment and sun sails - Seating steps - Retaining wall 6. Vegetation: - Lawns, perennial areas - Planting of shrubs 7. Throughout the construction phase, access roads must be cleaned daily before leaving the site. The project also includes redesigning the outdoor areas of the Steinstraße daycare, focusing on garden design towards the south (main entrance area) and all play areas, along with surrounding ground modeling and paving work. The total area to be worked on is approximately 3350 m². The construction period is about 8 months, starting from March 2026 (week 13).
