Supply of Surgical Equipment for General and Minimally Invasive Surgery Department

This contract involves the supply of surgical equipment for the General and Minimally Invasive Surgery Department at the Franciszek Raszei Municipal Hospital in Poznań, Poland. Detailed specifications, including the types, quantities, and technical parameters of the required equipment, are provided in Annex 2 of the procurement documentation. Please note that partial bids are not allowed, as the contract is not divided into parts due to the uniformity of the surgical equipment needed for the operating room. This ensures consistency in the delivery by the contractor, increasing their responsibility for the final outcome. The lack of division does not affect the participation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in this procurement process. Additionally, be aware that according to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority may cancel this procurement process if the public funds intended for financing all or part of the contract are not granted, and this possibility is mentioned in the procurement announcement for the open tender.
