Land Adjustment Services in Hostíčkov, Czech Republic

This public procurement contract involves the preparation of a comprehensive land adjustment proposal (KoPÚ) for the cadastral area of Hostíčkov. This includes necessary geodetic work in accordance with the precision class required for the restoration of the real estate cadastre as per regulation No. 357/2013 Coll. The proposal will be designed for registration in the real estate cadastre and will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the land adjustment proposal and decisions regarding the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The KoPÚ proposal will be prepared according to detailed specifications that align with the requirements outlined in regulation No. 13/2014 Coll. regarding the procedures for land adjustments and the necessary elements of the land adjustment proposal. Hostíčkov is a small village, part of the town of Chodová Planá in the Tachov district of the Plzeň region, located approximately 6.5 kilometers east of Chodová Planá. The area of Hostíčkov is 8.3 km². The KoPÚ boundary has been preliminarily proposed in consultation with the cadastral office, covering almost the entire cadastral area except for the forested area in the northeastern part. It includes adjacent parts of the neighboring cadastral area of Kříženec, one parcel from the cadastral area of Michalovy Hory (the boundary of the watercourse), and one parcel from the cadastral area of Boněnov (land owned by residents of Hostíčkov). There are unresolved plots within the KoPÚ area (0.25 ha). The boundaries of the internal area were primarily determined based on the limits of built-up and buildable land. The total area being addressed is 704 ha.
