Engineering Services for Design of Retention Reservoir in Katowice-Giszowiec

This contract involves the preparation of project documentation and obtaining the final construction permit for the investment task titled: "Construction of a retention reservoir in the area of the Katowice-Giszowiec road junction." The project aims to design an underground retention reservoir to regulate stormwater flow during heavy rainfall and to protect the roadway under the Katowice-Giszowiec junction from surface flooding. The connection of the existing stormwater drainage network to the designed reservoir is planned at three existing manholes. Rainwater inflow is planned from two sides, with one outflow using flow regulation. The estimated capacity of the reservoir is approximately 370 m3. The contracting authority allows the contractor to conduct a site visit of the facilities and areas related to the contract. Conducting a site visit is not mandatory and will not result in the rejection of the offer based on specific legal provisions. The contracting authority does not require the submission of an offer after conducting the site visit.
