Printing and Communication Services for Saint-Joseph in 2025

The purpose of this contract is to provide layout and printing services for communication documents and to purchase communication items (including screen printing) for the Commune of Saint-Joseph for the year 2025. This will be executed through a framework agreement using purchase orders, as per the relevant public procurement code articles. The contract is structured as a single-award framework agreement, divided into ten (10) distinct lots, each representing a separate contract. The lots and their respective maximum amounts (excluding tax) for the initial contract period and any renewal periods are as follows: - Lot 1: Digital printing on PVC and/or micro-perforated material - Maximum amount: €15,000 - Lot 2: Digital printing on various communication materials and accessories - Maximum amount: €10,000 - Lot 3: Digital printing on large format paper + installation service - Maximum amount: €35,000 - Lot 4: Printing of newspapers and municipal bulletins - Maximum amount: €90,000 - Lot 5: Creation and printing of the Saint-Joseph city agenda - Advertising management - Lot 6: Printing of communication documents on various materials - Maximum amount: €70,000 - Lot 7: Design and printing of personalized notebooks - Maximum amount: €30,000 - Lot 8: Printing and distribution of the staff newsletter - Maximum amount: €12,000 - Lot 9: Printing and purchase of textile communication items - Maximum amount: €20,000 - Lot 10: Printing and purchase of various communication items - Maximum amount: €20,000.
