Architectural Services for the Renovation of the Elderly Home

This contract involves the preparation of project documentation for the comprehensive renovation and extension of the Elderly Home. The project includes the renovation or reconstruction of the existing facility, which covers an area of 3,828.3 m2, and an extension of 2,548.2 m2. Additionally, an energy renovation of the building will be carried out to reduce operational costs and enhance sustainability. All measures will comply with legislation, particularly the Regulation on Minimum Spatial and Technical Conditions for Long-Term Care (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 19/2024), which mandates that institutions complete adaptations by 2035. The Elderly Home has already received approval from the Ministry for the rIDZ, based on which further documentation will be developed.
